Automated provisioning (when possible)

* Google Workspace Tasks
We take care of the work you’d usually do in the Google Workspace admin console (or with GAM), like adding or removing users.
* Apps with APIs
If your app has an API (SCIM or non-standard), we connect to it to read users. Also, you’ll be able to write and delete users too.
* Apps Without APIs
Else/If there’s no API or you haven’t paid for access, we’ll route the request to the app owner to handle it for you.
Visibility into all identities and SaaS apps
Instead of tracking applications and identities in spreadsheets, our Access Grid keeps everything organized and automatically up to date. Import your current application list into YeshID, and we’ll handle the rest. For apps with integrations, the Access Grid syncs directly with the apps to be the source of truth. If an integration isn’t available, you can update user lists easily with a CSV import.
Shadow IT discovery and alerting
If you have Google Workspace, chances are employees are granting apps access to your environment when they sign up with their corporate login. YeshID shows you who’s accessing what, alerts you to new or forbidden apps, and lets you revoke OAuth tokens. We also make it simple to block those apps through Google’s admin console.
Slack-based access requests and coordination
Instead of random DMs or tickets, employees can type /request access in Slack to pull up a form, choose the app they need, and document their reason. YeshID routes the request for approval, handles provisioning (or passes it to the technical owner), and updates the Access Grid automatically to keep your records audit-ready.
Audit-Ready Approval and Denial Logs
